CANCELLATIONS
Please note that all payments, including deposits, will be refunded in full provided that we receive a confirmed booking in your place.
All monies paid will be forfeited if cancelled within a time frame of less than a month and we are unable to find a replacement booking.
If cancelled a month or more in advance, then you have the option of moving the date at no extra cost or requesting a refund which will be deposited into a bank account, less 20% of the total booking cost.

The owners, directors, management staff, security and/or their employees are not liable for any injury/death to any persons whether caused by their negligence or not, nor for loss or damage to property, by theft or any other cause whatsoever.
Smoking is only allowed outside.
No dogs or other pets are allowed.
No firearms are permitted.
